What is the best undelete software out there?

I’ve bought stuff like WINUtilities and things like that, undelete software that costs around 40 bucks, but I’m looking for something more powerful, more advanced. When I scan and find files, most of them are in good condition, some are in poor condition, I want something that can get 99.9% of undeleted files. Any suggestions?
