What is a good network monitoring software to see who is using my Internet?

I have a D-Link Router and I would like to see who is on my network or who is stealing my connection. I have a password on my internet. I have used Network Magic but Cisco bought it so it can only be used on Linskey Routers. Thanks Guys!
