How do I design and create my own VERY plus sized patterns for clothes?

I want certain clothes but they’re not in my size. I want to design my own clothes, make the patterns for them, sew them together and eventually end up wearing the clothes I designed. How do I do all this, what do I need, and are there any step by step books for the beginner?
