How can I test my website in ALL browsers?

Everything I’ve seen online is from 2004 or earlier. Hasn’t anyone come up with anything yet that would allow someone to test their website in multiple antiquated browsers with a single simulator? My main concerns are IE and Netscape, and since you can’t install multiple versions of IE, it’s impossible for me to test it.I would very much like to buy some software that emulates all browsers if possible.
What are some websites and software I can use to teach me how to create proffseinal websites?

I am looking to become a web Designer and I need to learn all about that it. I need to do learn how to do it without taking expensive classes so free websites that teach it would help along with book names and software names. IP: Internet Provider. The (phone, usually) company that actually lets you access the internet no matter which browser you use.

I am in real estate and would like to be able to do my own layouts, design, etc… I am looking to be able to do my own design for postcards, flyers, and mailings. In the past, I have used MS Word, Publisher and another dated program called Business Publisher Design. I do not own a MAC, and cannot buy one.
