How can I prevent condensation on my car windows?

I drive a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport (four-door). Whenever I have a car-load of people (4-5) and it’s winter, I typically get foggy windows inside the car.

Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? Or is there some type of cleaner or solution I can put on the windows to prevent it.

I can always crank the heat on the defroster and get it off the front window, but the door windows are always hard to see through.

How difficult is it to tint your windows?
