When will they start putting Windows 7 onto hard drives for computers?

Ok i just installed windows 7 on my computer. The problem occurs out of nowhere. Basically the computer freezes and the led on mouse goes out. What could be the problem its a clean install of windows 7?

What should i do if my video gets accelerated after playing newer games and going to back to old games?

Yes i did. I have reinstalled the drivers numerous times.
